Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women age 60 - 75 years 2. Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) diagnosed at stage I-IV using POP-Q assessed by gynecologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lost to clinical follow-up 2.History of prior surgical treatment for pelvic organ prolapse 3.Limb amputation or previous fracture of the arm and/or leg 4.Cognitive impairment based on the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) 5.Unable to read, write, or communicate in Thai
