Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-year nursing students 2. Having a living mother with active communication access 3. Students and mothers willing to participate and provide informed consent 4. Able to use a mobile application and follow the intervention procedures 5. Completing pretest and posttest assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students diagnosed with moderate or severe mental disorders in the acute phase 2. Participants who did not complete the intervention period or study procedures 3. Inability to use the mobile application or follow the intervention instructions
