Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suspected of tuberculosis who presented for care at Phrapokklao Hospital. 2.Patient's samples were submitted for tuberculosis detection via standard culture methods and/or rifampicin resistance testing directly from sputum using the GeneXpert system with Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra cartridges at the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory, Phrapokklao Hospital. 3.Drug susceptibility testing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates was performed on Lowenstein-Jensen (LJ) solid medium and/or mycobacteria growth indicator tube (MGIT) liquid medium and/or line probe assay (LPA) at the Medical Laboratory for Disease Control, Office of Disease Prevention and Control Region 6, Chonburi Province. 4.Data were collected since 2022 to 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients did not present for TB organism.
