Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18-70 years diagnosed with heart failure by a physician and have received medical treatment for at least 6 months 2.Classified as NYHA Functional Classification Class I-III, as assessed by a physician 3. No cognitive impairment and no limitations in Thai communication (speaking, hearing, reading, writing, and vision) For participants aged 60 years and older, a Mini-Cog (Thai version) assessment (Trongsakul et al., 2015) is required to ensure cognitive stability 4. Possess a smartphone with the ability to use the LINE application and have access to a stable internet connection 5. Obtained medical clearance from a physician to safely perform home-based exercise
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) less than 25% 2. Presence of heart failure symptoms, such as palpitations, chest pain, fatigue, or dyspnea, within the past 6 weeks 3. History of hospitalization within the past 6 months due to cardiovascular diseases or other critical illnesses 4. Co-morbidities that severely limit exercise, such as end-stage renal disease (ESRD), liver cirrhosis, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias 5. History of myocardial infarction or unstable angina within the past 6 months 6. A 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) distance of less than 300 meters, or presence of abnormal symptoms during the test, or a Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) score greater than 13 on the Borg Scale 7. Any medical contraindications or high risks associated with physical fitness testing and exercise.
