Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study population consists of stroke patients admitted to the female inpatient ward at Soi Dao Hospital Chanthaburi Province and nurses working in the female inpatient ward at Soi Dao Hospital Chanthaburi Province. Inclusion criteria for patients is: 1. Female patients aged eighteen years or older. 2. Diagnosed with stroke according to ICD ten codes 160-164. 3. Admitted within 72 hours from the onset of symptoms. 4. Able to communicate or respond either independently or through a relative or caregiver. Inclusion criteria for nurses. 1. Have been working in the female inpatient ward at Soi Dao Hospital for at least six months. 2. Provide informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria For Patients 1. Patients with terminal stage illness. 2. Patients with other severe comorbid conditions that may interfere with recovery outcomes such as advanced cancer or end stage heart failure. For Nurses 1. Nurses who are on study leave or extended leave and are unable to participate fully in the training activities and implementation period. 2. Nurses with health problems or physical limitations that may prevent them from providing full patient care or from performing nursing guideline activities as required.
