Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac surgery in KCMH during 1/1/2022- 31/12/2024
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death on table 2. death within 6 hours 3. Transfer to other units without extubation
