Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Antibiotic resensitization rate after a negative one-day drug challenge test in children at least 4 weeks after initial negative one day drug challenge test the proportion of patients who develop a positive drug challenge test upon re exposure compared with those who remain tolerant.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Resensitization rate in beta lactam and non beta lactam antibiotics clinical characteristics of resensitized patients and parental drug related quality of life change at least 4 weeks Proportion percentage, Number of patients with positive repeat drug challenge divided by total number of re exposed patients expressed as percentage with 95 percent confidence interval
