Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Students with no underlying medical conditions and no intellectual or physical disabilities. 2. At least one upper or lower first permanent molar from a cooperative student whose parent or legal guardian has provided informed consent. 3. At least one upper or lower first permanent molar that has erupted into the oral cavity, with the pits and fissures completely above the gingival margin. 4. At least one upper or lower first permanent molar with deep pits and fissures. 5. At least one upper or lower first permanent molar with no detectable carious lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with systemic diseases. 2. Students exhibiting uncooperative behavior that prevents adequate cooperation during dental treatment. 3. First permanent molars that are partially erupted, with some pits and fissures located below the gingival margin. 4. First permanent molars with dental caries (the carious tooth will be excluded from the study; however, other fully erupted, caries-free first permanent molars in different quadrants may still be included). 5. Parent or legal guardian refusal to provide consent for treatment. 6. Students with a history of allergy to resin-based materials, fluoride, or the adhesive components of fluoride varnish.
