Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older. 2. Patients who experienced or were diagnosed with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) and received resuscitation from the Vajira Hospital EMS team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a shockable cardiac rhythm. 2.Evidence of a Do-Not-Resuscitate (DNR) order or advance directive refusing initial resuscitation. 3. Presence of clinical indications for withholding CPR. 4.Administration of adrenaline prior to the arrival of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) Vajira Hospital EMS team. 5. Failure to secure an advanced airway 6. Achievement of Return of Spontaneous Circulation (ROSC) before adrenaline administration.
