Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female participants aged 18 to 40 years 2. Individuals with or without calf muscle tightness 3. Able to understand and follow simple instructions and able to read and understand Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have a history of the following conditions: 1. Tightness or pain in the muscles or joints of the back or lower limbs (hip, knee, or ankle) with a pain score of 7 or higher. 2. Musculoskeletal disorders, such as low back pain, leg muscle strain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or acute plantar fasciitis. 3. Severe vascular diseases (e.g., deep vein thrombosis or arterial insufficiency), identified from medical history or current symptoms such as asymmetrical leg swelling, abnormal skin color of the lower legs, numbness, or tenderness in the calf. 4. Observable deformities of the lower limb joints (hip, knee, ankle, or foot), including pes cavus (high arch), flat feet, genu valgum, genu varum, or abnormal hip alignment (internal or external rotation), assessed through observation. 5. A history of accidents or surgery involving the lower limbs (hip, knee, ankle, or foot). 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 7. Chronic ankle instability assessed using a questionnaire. 8. Have a history of disorders or diseases obtained from the following history:
