Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Locally advanced EC who cannot achieve nutritional goals by oral nutritional supports. 2.Plan for CCRT (either nCRT or dCRT) 3.Age >18 4.Fit for perform procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatic disease 2.Have psychiatric illness or social conditions making patients unable to follow study requirements and/or give informed consent 3.Cannot read Thai
