18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 to 40 years 2. Recreationally active (at least 2 sessions per week of physical activity) 3. No history of lower-limb injury in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological disorders or symptoms of lumbar radiculopathy 2. Current musculoskeletal pain in the hip, thigh, or knee 3. Previous surgery to the lumbar spine or lower limb 4. BMI bigger than 30
