18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female participants aged between 18 and 30 years. 2. Undergraduate students currently enrolled at Thammasat University. 3. Participants presenting with no contraindications to physical therapy interventions involving manual therapy techniques.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants presenting with a Q-angle of less than 17 degrees 2.Individuals reporting anterior knee pain with a Visual Analog Scale score more than 3. 3. A body mass index outside the normative range of 18.5 to 24.9 kilogram/meters squared 4. Evidence of inflammatory signs involving the knee joint, periarticular ligaments, or surrounding musculature. 5. The presence of contraindications to manual therapy interventions, including but not limited to neoplasms, fractures, acute trauma, osteoporosis, or severe vascular pathology. 6. A history of receiving physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy delivered by a licensed physical therapist or electrophysical agents within the preceding three months. 7. A history of injury or surgical procedures within the past six months affecting components of the lateral line, including the lateral abdominal obliques, external and internal intercostals, sternocleidomastoid, splenius capitis, peroneus longus and brevis, vastus lateralis, iliotibial tract , tensor fasciae latae , and gluteus maximus. 8. A diagnosis of neurological disorders, cardiovascular disease, or rheumatoid arthritis. 9. Congenital deformities or structural abnormalities of the lower extremities. 10. Prior receipt of intra-articular corticosteroid injection within the preceding 3 to 6 months.
