Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type 2 non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus with fasting blood glucose (FPG) levels of 154 - 197 mg/dl or average HbA1C levels of 7.0% to 8.5% 2) No comorbidities or serious systemic complications (ischemic heart disease, heart failure, stroke, chronic kidney disease stage 4-5, epilepsy codes and persistent epilepsy), including severe chronic periodontitis and infectious diseases. 3. Having enough permanent teeth remaining to measure the plaque index. 4. Having access to healthcare benefits for diabetes and oral diseases at the hospital in the study area. 5.understand and can respond to spoken Thai, and willing to be interviewed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who develop serious health conditions after participating in the program, 2. Patients whose health conditions cannot be followed up, 3. Patients who develop serious systemic diseases or complications after participating in the program, 4. Volunteers who wish to withdraw from participation.
