Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Otolaryngology residents from the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. 2. No prior experience in endoscopic tympanomeatal flap elevation. 3. Willing to participate and provide personal data voluntarily. - Able to complete all training sessions and study assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any condition that may interfere with participation (e.g., hand tremor or significant visual impairment).

Primary

MeasureTime frame
operative time During the participant first endoscopic tympanomeatal flap elevation on a real patient immediately after completion of the procedure. Operative time measured in minutes using a stopwatch from the external auditory canal incision to 50 percent elevation of the tympanic membrane during the participant first surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Association between operative time and surgical performance quality Immediately after completion of the participant first surgery on the same day. Surgical performance score assessed using a standardized evaluation form by two blinded otologic faculty evaluators. The final score is the average of both evaluators.,Resident confidence and satisfaction with the water spinach simulation model after training after completion of the participant first surgery on the same day. Self assessment questionnaire using a Likert scale rating to measure participant confidence and satisfaction after training.
