Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a body mass index (BMI) within the normal range, defined as a BMI between 18.5 and 22.5 kilograms per meter square according to standard health guidelines. 2. Participants diagnosed with unilateral or bilateral flexible flat feet, identified by the absence of the medial longitudinal arch while standing (weight-bearing), and the presence of the arch when the foot is lifted off the ground (non-weight-bearing).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of musculoskeletal disorders or any structural deformities of the bones or joints 2. Observable gait abnormalities, such as limping, impaired postural stability during walking, wide-based gait, shuffling, short-stepped gait, or difficulty initiating steps 3. History of abdominal or spinal surgery 4. Presence of neurological or cognitive impairments that could affect motor function or the ability to follow instructions.
