Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Poor sleeper, PSQI equal to or more than 5 2. No neurological/psychiatric disorder 3. No depression, PHQ-9 equal to or less than 4 4. No hearing problem 5. No pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving treatment at a medical facility for a psychiatric disorder (including disorders involving alcohol, caffeine, or other substances) not part of a sleep disorder 2. Participants with a pre-existing physical disorder that causes pain, or other physically uncomfortable symptoms will be excluded from the study. Eligibility will be determined through a self-report screening questionnaire and a medical history review during the initial screening process. Specific conditions leading to exclusion include chronic widespread pain (e.g. fibromyalgia), musculoskeletal pain (e.g. severe arthritis), neuropathic pain, persistent headaches or migraines, and uncomfortable gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. IBS), ensuring that participants' physical discomfort does not interfere with the study's outcomes
