Interventions

The subjects will be administered 5 mg of Clorazepate dipotassium orally, one tablet daily after dinner. This dosage will be maintained for a duration of 3 months. Evaluations will be conducted three

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 years 2. Persistent subjective tinnitus for at least 6 months 3. Scored 38 or higher, moderate severity on the Thai Tinnitus Handicap Inventory

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to benzodiazepines, a history of drug allergies, angle-closure glaucoma, or who are pregnant. 2. Patients with pre-existing psychiatric conditions, specifically anxiety and depressive disorders. 3. Patients currently receiving treatment with antidepressants, anticonvulsants, or CNS depressants such as opioids. 4. Patients at high risk of injury or danger should drowsiness occur from medication
