Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents aged 25 to 60 years 2. Parents had been the primary caregiver for at least six months and were able to read and write Thai 3. Their children were aged 7 to 12 years and able to read and write Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Parents who had previously completed the self-paced Net PAMA course or a similar parenting program 2.Children with a physical or mental health condition (e.g., severe autism or Down syndrome), as reported by parents
