Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older 2. Newly diagnosed with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD at Songklanagarind Hospital 3. Inhaler naive with no prior regular use of inhaler devices 4. Prescribed at least one type of inhaler 5. Able to understand study procedures and provide informed consent 6. Able to use a smartphone and communicate via the LINE application either independently or with assistance from a relative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior regular use of any inhaler device before enrollment 2. Systemic comorbidities with limited life expectancy (<12 months) or anticipated inability to complete scheduled follow-up
