35 Weeks to 59 Weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 35-59 years residing in Bangkok communities. 2.No prior diagnosis of hypertension, with Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) 130-139 mmHg and/or Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) 85-89 mmHg, confirmed at least twice. 3.Presence of at least one hypertension risk factor: Diabetes, kidney disease, family history of hypertension, or obesity/overweight. Daily consumption of salty, sweet, or oily foods. Lack of physical exercise. Smoking or alcohol consumption. Frequent headaches, palpitations, or dizziness. Inadequate sleep or sleep apnea. 4.Ability to communicate, listen, read, and write in Thai. 5.Possession of a smartphone or computer with internet access and the ability to use the LINE application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with the following conditions: Heart disease or cancer. Vascular abnormalities leading to secondary hypertension, such as atherosclerosis, coarctation of the aorta, or renal artery stenosis. Cerebrovascular disorders or adrenal gland tumors. Thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, or neurological conditions. Musculoskeletal disorders of the hands, such as tendonitis or myofascial pain syndrome. 2. Individuals who have previously attended or participated in self-care enhancement programs for hypertension prevention.
