Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 60 to 79 year old both male and female 2. Sedentary people (Thai Physical activities questionnaire < 12/30 point)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cardiovascular system contraindication for exercise testing including significant resting ECG suggestion ischemia, recent myocardial infraction, or cardiac event, unstable angina, uncontrolled dysrhythmias causing symptoms or hemodynamic compromise and symptomatic heart failure, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, and suspected or known dissecting aneurysm evaluate by doctor. 2) Unstable vital sign consist: blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, Rating rate 3) Chronic kidney disease; end stage renal disease evaluate by doctor. 4) Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary edema, pulmonary embolus, pneumonia, and active tuberculosis evaluate by doctor. 5) Musculoskeletal problem (Pain at upper extremitry and lower extremity) 6) Impairment of visual, vestibular, and hearing function that affect their balance and coordination evaluate by doctor and researcher. 7) Underweight and Obese class II /or III 8) Use of gait aid
