Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1 Age morethan 60 years 2 Living in the community (not institutionalized) 3 Able to communicate and provide informed consent 4 Able to perform physical performance testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1 Acute illness at the time of assessment 2 Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation 3 Bedridden status or severe mobility limitation 4 Severe upper limb disability affecting hand grip measurement
