Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet the following criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Receiving herbal medicine treatment 3. Able to communicate in Thai language 4. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide informed consent for the research study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental health problems or psychiatric disorders 2. Communication limitations or barriers that prevent effective interview participation 3. Inability to complete the full interview process.
