Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Family caregivers of people with T2DM and schizophenia, i.e. parents, child, partner who 1. aged 18-60 years old 2. have no psychiatric disorders or severe diseases (e.g. cancer) 4. can communicate Thai 5. give permission to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Family caregivers cannote participte in the full program 2) withdraw during the program.
