18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .1 Age between 18 and 75 years, diagnosed with allergic rhinitis confirmed by at least one of the following laboratory tests: Allergic skin test Serum specific IgE test Component resolved diagnosis for airborne allergens Nasal cytology 2. Moderate to severe symptoms according to WHO criteria, defined by at least one of the following: a. Sleep disturbance b. Impairment of daily activities, exercise, or leisure c. Impairment of school or work performance d. Troublesome symptoms 3. Indicated for treatment with antihistamines and/or steroids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of uncontrolled or severe disease requiring continuous steroid use, where symptoms worsen or interfere with daily living upon steroid withdrawal. Conditions include chronic rhinosinusitis, asthma, dermatitis, respiratory diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, immunodeficiency disorders, and other severe or uncontrolled conditions affecting the immune system. 2. History of bleeding disorders. 3. History of pregnancy or breastfeeding. 4. History of allergy to antihistamines.
