Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-50 years at the time of diagnosis 2. Diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma, all stages included 3. Received treatment at KCMH or Chonburi Hospital or Prapokklao Hospital or Massachusetts General Hospital between January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without histopathological confirmation of diagnosis
