Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than or equal 18 years 2. Elective craniotomy 3. ASA physical status I-III 4. Ability to provide informed consent 5. Available for follow-up visits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency procedures 2. Previous scalp surgery at the same site 3. Linear incision or incision length less than 10 cm 4. Infratentorial/posterior fossa surgery 5. Contaminated or infected wound 6. Complex scalp wound requiring complex scalp reconstruction
