- Patient come to pre operative assesment before go on surgery
- Appoint date for admission and time of surgery
-Collect pre operative data of performance-based outcome ( TUG, FTSST, 3MWT) and patient

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary Osteoarthritis knee Unilateral Total knee arthroplasty Failed conservative more than 6 months Community ambulator
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previos knee surgery Previous knee injury BMI more than 40 kg/m2 Knee Varus or Vagus alignment more than 15 degrees Knee Flexion contracture more than 15 degrees Neuromascular disease Patient who cannot read or write in thai
