Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with symptoms and clinical signs consistent with median nerve compression at the carpal tunnel who underwent electrodiagnostic evaluation at Thammasat University Hospital between April 20, 2012, and March 20, 2023. 2. Patients who were formally diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) based on both clinical and electrodiagnostic findings. 3. Age 18 years or older at the time of evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received a steroid injection in the wrist under investigation within the past six months. 2. Patients who had undergone surgical treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrist under investigation.
