The study population was divided into three groups as follows: 1. Operational staff, administrators, and policy-makers in Phichit Province (Target Group 1) 2. Older adults residing in Phichit Province who are able to live independently (Target Group 2) 3. Family members or caregivers of older adults residing in Phichit Province (Target Group 3) Frailty Prevention, Co-production, Finger study, Older people

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Operational staff, administrators, and policy-makers in Phichit Province, including Public health sector, Local administrative organizations and Civil society organizations 2. Older adults residing in Phichit Province who were assessed using the FRAIL Scale and scored one point or higher, and who were still able to perform activities of daily living independently. 3. Family members or caregivers of older adults residing in Phichit Province who were assessed using the FRAIL Scale and scored one point or higher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute illness requiring urgent treatment 2. Inability to communicate in Thai 3. Unwilling to provide informed consent
