Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At-risk adolescents enrolled in 1. secondary education under the basic education system in Nakhon Pathom province 2. history of tobacco smoking or alcohol consumption 3. voluntary participation with written consent 4. parental consent obtained (participants under 18 years) 5. willingness to attend all intervention sessions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. withdrawal of consent 2. incomplete program attendance (less than 6 sessions) 3. inability to complete questionnaires 4. absence of parental consent for minors.
