Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fragility hip fractures 2. Planned for surgical treatment, including Internal fixation, Hip arthroplasty 3. Age equal or more than 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Polytrauma (multiple injuries) 2. Multiple fractures 3. History of prior fragility hip fracture on the same side 4. Other lower extremity injuries requiring surgical intervention within 3 months prior to the index surgery 5. Patients with atypical femoral fractures
