Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time first-year undergraduates enrolled in UPSI during the baseline (T0) data collection period. 2. Studying bachelor's degree programme 3. Malaysian citizen 4. Own and use a personal mobile device with internet coverage 5. The students consented to participate in this study 6. Able to read, understand, and write in English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who have been prescribed medication for sleep or psychiatric disorders. 2. Students who exhibit symptoms indicative of sleep disorder (such as sleep apnoea). 3. Students who have a diagnosed psychiatric condition that could be linked to sleep disturbances (such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia).
