Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 55 years with recurrent non specific low back pain. 2. History of at least two episodes of low back pain that interrupted daily activities within the past one year. 3. Current episode of low back pain lasting more than 24 hours and less than 12 weeks. 4. Low back pain related to occupational activities involving prolonged sitting or static working positions for approximately 6 to 8 hours daily. 5. Ability and willingness to understand the study procedures and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Red flag conditions (tumors, infections, fractures; confirmed by imaging, history, medical records) 2. Neurological deficits or radiculopathy (confirmed by neurological examination) 3. Prior spinal surgery (confirmed by history, surgical scar, imaging, medical records) 4. Pregnancy (confirmed by history, medical records)
