50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient who underwent cardiac catheterization was diagnosed with coronary artery disease, received PCI treatment, and returned for follow-up 2 weeks after discharge from the hospital. 2. Age between 50 and 70 years. 3. Completed inpatient cardiac rehabilitation prior to hospital discharge. 4. Able to understand, communicate, and use the Thai language proficiently. 5. Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High risk of falling during exercise, assessed by a Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) score of more than 12 seconds, or the requirement of assistive walking devices. 2. History of previous enrollment in an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program. 3. Classified as high risk for exercise according to the AACVPR Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation 2020. 4. Presence of signs or symptoms that are contraindications to exercise according to ACSM Guidelines 2018. 5. End-stage renal disease (ESRD) requiring dialysis. 6. Presence of neurological disorders that interfere with participation. 7. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, defined as an HbA1C level greater than 7%. 8. Irreversible hearing impairment that cannot be corrected with a hearing aid. 9. Irreversible visual impairment that cannot be corrected with eyeglasses.
