Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Inclusion criteria for study participants were adult patients aged 18 years or older 2- currently undergoing hemodialysis at least twice weekly 3- possessing a mobile phone 4- willing to participate by providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Exclusion criteria included patients who refused to sign the informed consent 2- did not have access to a mobile phone 3- were paralyzed 4- were already participating in another study 5- were non-Pakistani residents.
