Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7 to 12 years 2. Children requiring venipuncture for routine clinical indications 3. Outpatient pediatric patients at Phramongkutklao Hospital 4. Parental consent and child assent obtained 5. Ability to understand and communicate in Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with neurological or psychiatric disorders affecting perception or communication 2. Children with autism spectrum disorder or severe attention deficit hyperactivity disorder 3. Children with developmental delay or severe anxiety disorders 4. Children unable to communicate in Thai 5. Children with severe prior traumatic experience related to venipuncture 6. Children receiving sedative or analgesic medications before the procedure 7. Children with acute or severe medical conditions that may affect pain perception
