Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Singleton pregnant women age more than 18 years 2.Gestational age 20-28 weeks 3.Smart phone with Internet assessed and Line application 4.Fluent in Thai 5.Thai EPDS score less than 11

Exclusion criteria: 1.History or current diagnosis of a psychosomatic disease 2.Current substance abuse within 5 days 3.Previous participation in psychological therapy or a stress reduction program 4.History of suicide attempts 5.Current use of any psychoactive
