Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General inclusion criteria 1.Singleton pregnant women aged greater than or equal to 18 years with informed consent 2.gestational age of 26 to 28 weeks were included 3.Gestational age was confirmed by first trimester ultrasonography using crown rump length. 4.Participants received antenatal care and planned delivery at Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, or Khon Kaen Hospital. The control group comprised 1.pregnant women with normally grown fetuses 2. without fetal brain, cardiac, or other structural abnormalities 3.Controls were matched with the study group by gestational age, maternal age, and timing of fetal brain ultrasound examination. 4.Control participants underwent three fetal ultrasound examinations or at least two of three. The study group included 1.pregnant women diagnosed with fetal growth restriction at 26 to 28 weeks gestation 2.who underwent three fetal ultrasound examinations or at least two of three.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fetuses with confirmed genetic or chromosomal abnormalities identified through prenatal diagnostic testing 2.Fetuses with structural anomalies and/or other congenital malformations detected on prenatal ultrasonography
