Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who experience pain at the surgical scar after bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA), at 4 weeks postoperatively. 2.VAS > 5 (Max 10). 3.Diagnosed with Chronic Post-Surgical Pain (CPSP). 4.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not attend scheduled follow-up visits. 2.Patients with postoperative knee joint infection. 3. Patients with anterior knee pain due to causes other than CPSP. 4. Patients who had anterior knee pain prior to surgery and whose symptoms did not resolve after surgery. 5. Patients with prior or current steroid use. 6. Patients with hematologic disorders, poorly controlled diabetes mellitus, or psoriasis. 7. Patients with a history of steroid allergy.
