Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-graduation year 1 - 4 orthopedic residents at Vajira Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior VR training in pelvic fixation 2. Experience of >5 supervised anterior column screw placements 3. Inability to complete training or assessment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Procedural performance At the beginning, 3 months after intervention Global rating scale score was used to evaluated the performance during the surgical procedure by two investigators. The score consist of 6 parameters raging 1 to 5. total score raging 6-30.

Procedural time At the beginning, 3 months after intervention measure total procedural time. unit: minutes.,Fluoroscopy usage At the beginning, 3 months after intervention measures total fluoroscopic time recorded in fluoroscopy. unit: second.,Screw accuracy At the beginning, 3 months after intervention Screw or K-wire position is evaluated by investigators. Classified as safe or unsafe depending on screw position. Unsafe corridor mean screw or k-wire is out of the safe bony corridor.,Guide wire reposition count At the beginning, 3 months after intervention measure K-wire reposition attempt, unit : time
