Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-graduation year 1 - 4 orthopedic residents at Vajira Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior VR training in pelvic fixation 2. Experience of >5 supervised anterior column screw placements 3. Inability to complete training or assessment

Procedural performance At the beginning, 3 months after intervention Global rating scale score was used to evaluated the performance during the surgical procedure by two investigators. The score consist of 6 parameters raging 1 to 5. total score raging 6-30.	—
