60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years old and over 2. Undergoing hemodialysis for 3 months and over, with a frequency at least 2 times per week. 3. Capable of walking independently or with mobility aids 4. Able to understand the research project and exercise program, and capable of making an independent decision to participate 5. Screened and identified with sarcopenia or possible sarcopenia, diagnosed according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications to muscle mass testing by body composition monitors or Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, such as cardiovascular implants, pacemakers, metallic implants such as artificial joint implants, except cochlear implants and insulin pumps. 2.History of instability during dialysis (intradialytic hypotension (SBP decrease of more than 20 mmHg) or hypertension (SBP increase of more than 20 mmHg) more than 3 consecutive session in the past 8 weeks. 3.Dementia patients who are unable to understand the research project and cannot decide to participate in the research project themselves. 4.Have any of the following comorbidities that are contraindications to exercise: - History of stroke in the past 3 months - History of acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the past 6 months - uncontrolled arrhythmia and causes changes in the circulatory system - uncontrolled heart failure - severe aortic stenosis - myocarditis/pericarditis - Pulmonary embolism - dissecting aortic aneurysm - acute systemic infection - Uncontrolled hypertension is defined as a systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 200 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 120 mmHg. - Have a history of being hospitalized with a serious illness in the past 3 months. - An orthopedic condition that prevents exercise or worsens symptoms, such as an acute flare-up of arthritis, a leg fracture, or leg surgery in the past 6 months. - Vitreous hemorrhage
