Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who understand the content of the informed consent document of this study and voluntarily give written consent to participate in this study without requiring a proxy 2. Men and women who are 18 years old or older at the time of consent 3.Patients with glaucoma who have an inadequate IOP control 4. Patients who are able to undergo observation for 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to Complete Follow-up 2.Monocular Status (One Eye) Participants with only one functional eye. This includes cases where the other eye is considered blind according to the following criteria: Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA): Worse than 20/400. Visual Field: Restricted to 10 degrees or less. Note: The remaining functional eye will not be enrolled in the study regardless of its BCVA. 3. Uncontrolled Intraocular Pressure (IOP): Extremely high eye pressure ( > 40 mmHg) that exceeds levels safe for the required conjunctival preparation prior to surgery according to the study protocol. 3. Severe Glaucoma Stage: Advanced or severe glaucoma where clinical assessment indicates a need to maintain a target IOP at a level lower than 10 mmHg.
