Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients receiving services at Buddhasothorn Hospital with recorded random capillary blood glucose, FBS, HbA1c levels 2 duration January 1, 2017, to August 31, 2025 3 patients aged over 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients previously diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. 2 Patients currently receiving anti-diabetic medications. 3 Patients with red blood cell disorders (e.g., anemia, thalassemia). 4 Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). 5 Patients with recent blood transfusion or significant blood loss. 6 Patients with HIV infection. 7 Patients who have undergone splenectomy.
