Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a lung cancer patient who has been diagnosed and classified by stage of disease (early or late) and health (Progression disease, progression-free disease-free or recurrent/relapse) 2. high-risk population for lung cancer who had LDCT for lung cancer screening and have a negative or false positive result

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with conditions that prevent them from providing reliable information, such as acute confusion, severe psychiatric disorders, or dementia. 2. Patients with comorbid conditions that significantly affect daily functioning and may influence the assessment of quality of life, such as severe heart failure (NYHA class III to IV) or end-stage chronic kidney disease requiring dialysis.
