Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling older adults aged 60 years and older from various rural communities in Thailand in 2025. 2. Who able to communicate in Thai language. 3. Who were considered able to walk independently or with walking aids for safety. 4. Who had the Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) cutoff scores that used to indicate mild dementia varied based on educational level (score less than 19 for illiterate individuals, less than 22 for those with a primary education, and less than 26 for individuals with higher education levels .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals had unstable health conditions. 2. Who had neurological impairments with subsequent consequences. 3. Who regularly participate in physical exercise at a frequency of no less than three days per week.
