Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require mandibular reconstruction following mandibulectomy 2. Patients over 18 years old and given consent for facial and hard tissue analysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes or chronic kidney disease 2. Patients who have contraindications against general anesthesia 3. Patients who can not undergo oral surgery such as autoimmune diseases or mental disorders 4. Patients who receive the following medications 3 months prior to the surgery : Steroids, Immunosuppressants, Antiresorptive agents i.e. bisphosphonate 5. Patients who are indicated for or have the history of radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy 6. Facial soft tissue defects are present or occurrence of flap failure 7. history of allergic reaction against medical equipment made with titanium or titanium alloys
