Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Research mentors required: doctoral degree, minimum five published research articles, high level of responsibility, and administrative approval. Novice researchers required: master's degree or higher, research proposal approved by selection committee, and administrative approval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded for: submitting research proposals after deadline, exceeding 10% absence from total training hours, or failing to demonstrate adequate research progress according to predetermined timelines.
