Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1.Pregnancy women age older > 18 years post cesarean delivery at KKH under spinal anesthesia 2.Patient who understands thai language can read and write 3.Term pregnancy 4.Singleton pregnancy 5.Uterine incision: low transverse 6.Emergency cesarean section 7.Elective cesarean section
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who allergies or sensitivities to ginger or related plants 2. Hematologic coagulopathy disease 3. High risk pregnancy e.g. Preeclamsia, Eclampsia 4. Uterine incision : invert T, classical 5. Renal disorder (Cr CL < 30ml/min) 6. Intraoperative complication: Post partum hemorrhage 7. Positive test for drug abuse use e.g. urine amphetamine 8. Discharge prior 48 hour 9. GDM poor control < 60%, Heart disease 10. Postoperative complication: post partum hemorrhage, infection, high spinal block 11. Postoperative complication: kidney injury, stomach injury, intestinal injury
